The first question that may come to your mind, when you decide to open a business in Poland is probably: “is it even possible to establish and run a company in Poland by a foreigner?”
The short answer is: yes, it is possible for every foreigner to start a company and it doesn’t require much more paperwork than in case of Polish citizens.
Still, not all types of companies are available to all foreigners. Depending on what country are you from and what is your residence status, you may be allowed to start different types of companies.
